Support the people you work with in the moments you can't be there

Noma is a self-guided tool your clients can reach for the moment something hard arrives, day or night. Built by clinical hypnotherapist Julie Cochrane.

Noma is suited to wellness professionals and their clients across many fields — naturopathic physicians, nutritionists, coaches, therapists, doctors, and employers supporting their staff. If your work brings you alongside people who could use steady support, this is for you.

Why Noma exists

The hardest moments happen when no one's there. Someone can be doing well — then Tuesday night arrives, or the argument happens, or the anxiety climbs and they can't sleep. That's the gap: the hours when no one is there and the old pattern takes over.

Noma was made for those moments.

What Noma includes

  • Guided audio sessions — short sessions written and recorded by Julie, organised by support space and purpose. Reaching the patterns that sit below the level of thinking your way through them.
  • Support Spaces — sessions for whatever is happening right now rather than where someone is in the program. Late nights, relationships, overwhelm. Available any time, as often as needed.
  • Reflect — a private, guided writing space for deepening and integrating what surfaced in a session. Encrypted and fully private.
  • Companion — speaks in Julie's voice and reflects how she works. There for members when something surfaces and an audio session isn't quite enough.

Who it's for

  • People who feel steadier after time with you but struggle to hold it on their own.
  • Anyone on a waitlist or in the gap before support begins.
  • People winding down regular support who still want something steady to lean on.
  • Anyone who needs support at 2am, when you can't be there in person.

Common questions

Is Noma therapy?

No. Noma doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It's self-guided support for everyday moments, not a replacement for therapy. It sits alongside the work you already do.

Will it replace me?

No. Noma sits alongside the work you do and supports people in the moments you can't be there. Most partners find the people they refer feel steadier for having it.

What does it cost the person I refer?

They can try Noma free for 7 days — $19 per month or $190 per year after that. No commitment needed to start.

Do I need to sign up for anything?

No. There's no paperwork and no account to manage. Share your referral link and the person can start the same day.

How to refer someone

There's nothing formal to set up. Create your own referral link at https://mynoma.health/partners and share it. The person you refer can start the same day.
